• Completion of maintenance design: Latest 9 months after contract award.
• Submission of exploration program: Latest 1 month after the determination of the execution variant.
• Completion of structural design: Latest 12 months after contract award.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves comprehensive planning, coordination, and expert services related to the replacement of a bridge.

Key aspects of the Statement of Work and core deliverables include:

• Safety and Health Protection Coordination (SiGeKo): This involves analyzing existing planning for safety and health risks during all construction phases (new bridge, traffic management, temporary structures, demolition), creating a Safety and Health Protection Plan (SiGe-Plan) and project-specific construction site regulations, and preparing documentation for later works (Baumerkmalsakte).
• Planning Services: This encompasses preliminary and draft planning for engineering structures, structural planning, and traffic facilities. Specific tasks include procuring and evaluating official maps, developing structural solutions, conducting preliminary static calculations and dimensioning, and estimating material quantities (e.g., concrete steel).
• Digital Infrastructure and Data Management: Establishing, configuring, and managing a Common Data Environment (CDE) project room. This includes inviting participants, assigning access rights, organizing structured data and model management, and providing user training.
• Geotechnical and Environmental Expert Services: Preparing soil reports, which involve evaluating laboratory investigations, documenting investigation results related to asphalt superstructure and subsurface conditions, and assessing chemical soil analyses for reusability or disposal. Chemical analyses according to landfill regulations are also required. A contribution to the Water Framework Directive (WRRL) is also a component.
• Construction Simulation and Logistics: Performing construction sequence simulations for both demolition and new construction phases, including traffic management, temporary closures, construction areas, and equipment. This also involves logistics planning, such as modeling auxiliary structures and construction site facilities.
• Reporting and Documentation: Throughout the project, the contractor is responsible for compiling and submitting various reports, documentation, plans, calculations, and presentations. This includes protocols from SiGeKo meetings, documentation of planning analyses, geotechnical reports, and summaries of preliminary and draft planning results, all in specified digital and, where required, analog formats.
