The core scope of work for this tender involves the object planning for civil engineering structures, structural planning, and traffic facilities, specifically for the replacement new construction of a bridge over B7/DB in Warburg/Scherfede.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Precise and verifiable quantity determination for planned construction work, including mass balance, to serve as a basis for service descriptions.
• Preparation of complete tender documents, encompassing service descriptions, bills of quantities, and special contract conditions, based on prior planning phases and accounting for approval procedures and third-party agreements, compiled according to HVA B-StB.
• Coordination and alignment of interfaces with the service descriptions from other planning professionals involved.
• Estimation, control, and, if necessary, updating of costs, comparing them against financial frameworks.
• Revision of planning concepts based on feedback, development of a preliminary schedule for implementing the preferred variant, and integrating suggestions into the planning concept in coordination with the client.
• Summarizing, explaining, and documenting all results in both written and graphical formats, detailing considered variants, decision matrices, and reasons for selecting the preferred option.
• Creation of necessary execution drawings, including detailed drawings at appropriate scales, explanations, and calculations for object planning (e.g., overview site plans, road cross-sections, elevation plans, special plans like construction phase site plans, knot details, protective facilities, marking, and signage plans).
• Calculation of the pavement book and subgrade book for various road sections.
• Provision of work results to other planning professionals and integration of their contributions to achieve a ready-for-execution solution.
• Determination of key execution phases and the fundamental structure of tender documents into sections (lots) in agreement with the client.
• Conducting in-depth investigations for demonstrating sustainability aspects.
• Execution of cost-benefit analyses and economic efficiency reviews.
• Obtaining excerpts from land registers, cadastres, and other official documents.
• Assistance in planning construction-period traffic management, including specifying demolition and construction steps, and required working areas.
• Assistance in planning construction roads, access routes, crane sites, and construction site setup areas.
• Creation of documentation for future works, in accordance with § 3 (2) 3 BaustellV and RAB 32, for all construction lots, including safety-technical facilities for maintenance and repair, to be coordinated with the client.
• All planning activities must be carried out using the BIM methodology.
• Provision, setup, and operational configuration of a project room within a Common Data Environment (CDE) for 18 months, including inviting participants, establishing user roles and access rights (with 10 accesses for the client), and performing functional tests.
