B/12/2026/A - Painting the stairwell and the lobby in the Student Dormitory building “Niechcic”. I. The subject matter of the contract is: Painting the stairwell and the lobby in the Student Dormitory building “Niechcic”. II. A description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1.2 to the SWZ. III. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship (within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended)) of persons performing the below-listed activities related to the performance of the contract, the performance of which consists in performing work.
