TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. The subject of the contract is: Renovation in Collegium Iuridicum – lobby in front of lecture hall 5.18 and renovation in Collegium Salutis Humanae - replacement of windows and installation of blinds, in part No 1 – Renovation of the lobby on the 4th floor in front of lecture hall 5.18 – Collegium Iuridicum. II. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ. III. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship (within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws 2025 item 277 as amended)) to employ persons performing the below-specified activities related to the performance of the contract, the performance of which consists in performing work. Type of activities related to the performance of the contract covered by the requirement to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, by the Contractor or Subcontractor, persons performing activities during the performance of the contract: - general construction works.
