TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Services correspond to the provision of Application Third-Level Maintenance for the DTK suite software. The software comprising the DTK suite is as follows: - DTK-GEOLIB - DTK-WORKSPACE - DTK-DIVA - DTK-BERYL - DTK-DOUBLET - DTK-QUALITY The Services are broken down as follows: A firm, lump-sum component: - Corrective maintenance An optional, lump-sum component: - Option 1: initial training on the DTK suite software (provided by the CEA); - Option 2: consolidation of knowledge on the DTK suite software (provided by the CEA) - Option 7: final reversibility. A component of services as requested on the basis of a quotation: - Developmental maintenance A component of services as requested on the basis of a unit price schedule (BPU): - Incoming reversibility of each software item in the DTK suite (BPU 1) – maximum quantity: 6; - Linux version upgrades (BPU 2 to 7); - Windows version upgrades (BPU 8 to 11).
