BASIC SERVICES As part of the building object planning, the outdoor facilities were developed up to and including LPh2. The fundamental open-space structure, use zoning, access and circulation, height concept and the location of the essential exterior facilities are defined in their basic outlines. The statements provided regarding the design of the outdoor facilities are to be taken from the pre-planning documents. The pre-planning must be reviewed and updated. The subject of the invitation to tender is the complete basic services in accordance with § 39 HO-AI for the construction measures for the B3 House. The assignment is subject to a positive funding decision being issued. The services must be provided in stages. After completion of the first stage, the client is obliged to call off the services of the next stage, provided that the approval of the funding application has been granted (see 4.3). Performance phase 9 is to be offered as a special service (see 4.2). The performance phases are governed by §§ 38-40 HOAI.
