TENDER DESCRIPTION

BASIC SERVICES As part of the object planning for buildings, the outdoor areas (Freianlagen) have been developed up to and including LPh2. The fundamental open-space structure, usage zoning, site access/connection, height concept and the location of the essential outdoor facilities are defined in their basic outlines. The statements provided regarding the design of the outdoor areas are to be taken from the draft design documents (Vorentwurf). The draft design planning must be reviewed and updated. The subject of this invitation to tender are the complete basic services in accordance with § 39 HO-AI for the construction measures for the B3-Haus. The award is subject to the issuance of a positive funding decision. The services are to be provided in stages. After completion of the first stage, the contracting authority is obliged to call off the services of the next stage, provided that approval of the funding application has been granted (see 4.3). Service phase 9 is to be offered as a special service (see 4.2). The service phases are governed by §§ 38-40 HOAI.
