Lot 1 – Site servicing measure for Building 5 • Removal of topsoil: approx. 320 m³ with an average excavation depth of 15 cm • Surface demolition: approx. 1,070 m² of asphalt, concrete, crushed stone and paving surfaces as well as approx. 170 m kerbstones. • Demolition of crane track/pile foundations: approx. 345 m³ reinforced concrete demolition, additionally approx. 500 m³ soil exposure. • Soil remediation: approx. 3,790 m³ of contaminated soil excavation in the area of Building 5. • Construction of traffic facilities: approx. 1,900 m², of which approx. 1,300 m² asphalt, 200 m² paving, approx. 450 m kerbstones and 175 m paving channel. • Construction of rainwater pipe: approx. 149 m PP pipe + 70 m concrete pipe DN 600, including 10 road drains. • Relocation of potable water pipeline: approx. 48 m PE pipeline to be relocated. • Earthworks for cable/utility trenches: lighting cables approx. 315 m, duct pipes for broadband approx. 120 m, power cable route approx. 100 m. • Earthworks for district heating/chilled water: approx. 82 m district heating and approx. 92 m chilled water pipeline; additionally approx. 25 m of existing district heating canal to be dismantled. • Groundwater…
