TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender solicits comprehensive Photovoltaic Installation services for the "Neubau Verfügungsgebäude 1.BA CatLab" project at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH. The scope includes the supply and installation of PV modules, substructures, inverters, cabling, safety systems, potential equalization, and fall protection, culminating in expert acceptance, issuance of a system certificate B, and full commissioning. Critical technical specifications mandate documentation in digital and paper formats, adherence to a common plan server for planning status, and the use of fastening systems with "Allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung" or project-specific approval, with restrictions on drilling in reinforced concrete. Proposers must submit turnover information for the past three financial years related to construction services, as per Form 124 "Self-declaration of suitability." The contract requires execution to begin within a specified timeframe after order receipt, with key milestones including workshop planning submission six weeks post-award, construction start between calendar weeks 6-10 of 2027, and project completion by September 30, 2027.
