TENDER DESCRIPTION

Audit of the financial statements of Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A. for the years 2026 – 2027 with an option to extend the contract for a further two years 1. The audit of the statutory financial statement of the Contracting Authority shall be carried out in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the Contract and with: a) the Act of 29.09.1994 on Accounting (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 217, as amended), b) the Act of 11 May 2017 on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Oversight (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1015, as amended), taking into account ongoing amendments to legal provisions, c) the National Audit Standards adopted by Resolution No. 3430/52a/2019 of the National Council of Statutory Auditors of 21 March 2019 on national audit standards and other documents (as amended), d) the Code of Professional Ethics of Statutory Auditors constituted by the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants introduced by Resolution No. 3431/52a/2019 of the National Council of Statutory Auditors of 25 March 2019 on the rules of professional ethics for statutory auditors, in order to obtain…
