TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is, in this case, project management services in accordance with the scope of services for project management according to the AHO expert commission for project stages 1 to 5 (as of May 2025, 6th edition). The contractor shall set up and operate a project communication system. The contracting authority shall be supported in the selection of the project communication system. Initially, the contracting authority awards only stage 1 in accordance with AHO and reserves the right to further award the other stages, either in part or in full, either individually or in their entirety. There is no entitlement to further award, nor can any other contractual obligations arise for the contracting authority from this. In the event of a call-off, the contractor is obliged to provide the services, if necessary also in stages and/or individually or in their entirety.
