TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Schönebeck (Elbe) intends, with the 1st amendment to zoning plan No. 25 “Schnittstelle Altstadt Südwest”, to develop a new urban-design gateway to the old town. The planning area is located southwest of the historic town centre in the transitional zone between the old town, railway facilities (train station), the bus station, and the adjacent residential and commercial areas. Here, the development of an inner-city area in municipal ownership into a new leisure, sports, and mobility district = Bahnhofsquartier is planned. The district to be planned covers an area of approximately 7 ha, between Tischlerstraße, Salzer Straße and Söker Straße in Schönebeck (Elbe).
