TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration (see § 2 of the LZN operational instruction). With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN may take on additional tasks for public-law demand entities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private-law companies fully owned by the public sector (see § 3 operational instruction). Within this responsibility, the contract includes concluding a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the delivery of ballistic concealable body armor including modular outer carrier (mATH) for the Thuringia Police. Partial awarding of individual components of the BUZSW set does not take place. Offers for individual components of the BUZSW set will not be evaluated.
