TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the procurement is the installation of a fire alarm system for the pump station building of the Baltic Power Plant tank farm, in the scope and under the conditions set out in the laws of the Republic of Estonia and in the procurement contract documents. For the purpose of becoming familiar with the scope of work and for resolving questions related to the preparation and submission of the tender, Tenderers have the right to participate in an arranged site visit, which will take place on Wed 09.09.2026. Participants will gather at 10:00 at the entrance gate No 2 of the Baltic Power Plant (transport gate). To participate in the site visit, Tenderers must register themselves with the contact person at the contact person’s email address no later than Tue 08.09.2026 at 15:00. Before the start of the site visit, the Tenderer must arrange a visitor access permit at the main entrance of the Estonian power plant based on an identification document. NOTE!
