TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance of green areas along public transport routes (roads) of the city of Gelsenkirchen in accordance with the maintenance dates. The individual curb/ditch areas are distributed across the entire city area of Gelsenkirchen. The measured quantities for the individual areas are available to construction supervision. The area sizes may deviate by up to 10%. For new/changed areas, a corresponding measurement record must be prepared immediately after the first cut together with construction supervision. For the measured quantities, the contact person must pick them up at the specified depot and release them there again. The costs must be included in the unit prices. Due to the very different locations and area configurations, if required they may be visited together with construction supervision after prior arrangement of an appointment. For the maintenance operations on the curb strips and ditches, up to three execution intervals are specified from mid-April to November. The specified periods for execution must be complied with.
