“Banking services for the budget of the Brzeziny County and its organizational units” The subject of the contract is the provision of banking services for the budget of Brzeziny County and the County’s organizational units, whose list constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The scope of the contract includes: 1) opening, closing and maintaining primary and subsidiary accounts for the county budget and organizational units (number of primary accounts - 12, estimated number of subsidiary accounts - 150, of which: county budget - 100, organizational units of the county - 50); 2) opening new accounts depending on the Ordering Party’s needs; 3) confirming the opening and closing of bank accounts; 4) interest accrual on funds held in the Ordering Party’s accounts, determined using a variable base rate WIBID 1M, applicable on the last business day of the month preceding the month used to calculate interest on the balances in the following month, corrected by a coefficient offered by the Contractor; 5) accepting cash payments; 6) making cash withdrawals; 7) executing transfer orders in electronic and paper form, whereby transfers made using the electronic banking system must be executed in…
