TENDER DESCRIPTION

The basic service provision consists of the following service categories: I Services included in the fixed annual all-in rate per employee: 1. sickness absence and reintegration guidance including strategic advisory services to Albeda regarding reducing sickness absence, preventing sickness absence, and sustainable employability; 2. execution and monitoring of the related administrative obligations; 3. social-medical consultation; 4. an open consultation hour including a preventive consultation hour; and 5. identification of hazards and risks relating to working conditions. II Services reimbursed on a per-case basis: 6. an urgent consultation hour; 7. offering a second opinion; and 8. carrying out preventive medical examinations (PMO) by an occupational physician. The annual procurement volume for the basic service provision is estimated, based on historical data, at an average of € 575,000 including VAT. This estimate is purely indicative. No rights can be derived from the stated numbers and the estimated procurement volume. Albeda does not provide any guarantee of a minimum purchase, turnover or result.
