TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is the OEW Breitband GmbH in Ehingen. The contracting authority plans to set up state-funded Gigabit networks (FTTB) within the framework of a so-called operator model in order to provide coverage for the under-served address points relevant under the respective funding programme in the project area. For the construction of the network, the contracting authority has applied for and/or been granted funding from the federal government and the Länder. Therefore, the award of the contract, the provision of services and the billing for services are subject to special conditions imposed by the funding authorities. The project is funded according to the funding programmes of the federal government and the Länder listed in the contract. The provisional(s) funding decision(s) of the federal government and, insofar as they have already been approved, the decisions for co-financing by the Land for the project may be taken from the attachment entitled grant decision.
