TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction of the new building of Cleantech Innovation Park GmbH is the second construction project on the campus at Michelinstraße in Hallstadt. The plot of land can be reached well via the nearby A70 or the A73 from the Autobahnkreuz Bamberg. The building is planned as a four-storey building structure without a basement in a timber hybrid construction method, including a prefabricated steel structure. Maximum building dimensions: - max. building height 16.30 m above FF B Ground Floor level (±0.00 = 247.80 above NHN) - building dimensions: 41.65 m x 26.65 m - gross floor area approx. 3,650 m² The contractor’s (AN) scope includes timber-glass partition walls (including doors in the system) with and without fire protection requirements, as well as fall protection: Timber-glass partition walls EI 60, fall protection: approx. 25 m² Timber-glass partition walls EI 60: approx. 19 m² Timber-glass partition walls without fire protection requirements: approx. 400 m² including necessary door hardware
