The construction of the Cleantech Innovation Park GmbH is the second construction project on the campus on Michelinstraße in Hallstadt. The plot can be reached conveniently via the nearby A70 and/or A73 from Autobahnkreuz Bamberg. The building is planned as a four-storey structure without a basement, in a timber hybrid construction method including an attached steel structure.
