TENDER DESCRIPTION
The new building of Cleantech Innovation Park GmbH is the second construction project on the campus at Michelinstraße in Hallstadt. The site is easily accessible via the nearby A70 or the A73 from the Bamberg motorway junction. The building is planned as a four-story structure without a basement in a wood-hybrid construction including a prefabricated steel structure. Maximum building dimensions: - max. building height 16.30m above finished floor ground floor (±0.00 = 247.80 above NHN) - building extension: 41.65m x 26.65m - gross floor area approx. 3,650 m² The contractor's scope includes: 140 m halogen-free cable 3,000 m installation cable 390 m data points 2 pcs automation devices 14 pcs valves
