Scope of work for natural stone works and repair works for brick-cladding facades, trade 140, The natural stone works and repair works for brick-cladding facades include the refurbishment and replacement as well as drilling/anchoring of damaged natural stone facade elements of the historical surrounds, spolia, projections, columns, reliefs and cornices of the Pestalozzi School in Mannheim. The school’s facade area consists of hard-fired clinker bricks, where some joints need to be renewed and comprehensive cleaning is planned. Replacement of a few individual stones may be required; these will be provided by the client on site.
