Scope of services for natural stone works and repair works for brick clinker facade, trade 140, The natural stone works and repair works for the brick clinker facade include the refurbishment and replacement as well as setting/re-fitting of damaged natural stone facade elements of the historic window surrounds, spolia, projections, columns, reliefs and cornices of the Pestalozzi School in Mannheim. The school facade area consists of hard-fired clinker bricks, for which some joints need to be renewed and comprehensive cleaning is planned. Replacement of some individual stones may be required; these will be provided by the client.
