TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of the school building is carried out via a district heating connection of MVV-Netze GmbH that is already available on site, via an indirect connection using two district heating transfer stations. The existing district heating station, currently operated in direct mode, is converted to indirect mode using heat exchangers. The installations are set up in the boiler room in the basement. The district heating network is operated year-round. The district heating transfer stations are designed on the primary side for 130/50°C and on the secondary side for 75/40°C. From the district heating transfer station "Building heating", several building heating circuits and sub-distributions of the school are supplied and divided using heating distribution manifolds / collectors (static heating, ceiling radiant panels, HVAC/RLT systems, and domestic hot water generation for shower/changing areas). A kitchen is planned on the ground floor. The domestic hot water generation for this is provided via a fresh water station with a pre-installed heating buffer storage tank via the district heating transfer station "Domestic hot water generation - kitchen".
