TENDER DESCRIPTION

The school building is supplied via a district heating connection of MVV-Netze GmbH that exists on site, using an indirect connection with two district heating transfer stations. The existing district heating station, currently operating in direct mode, is converted for indirect operation by means of heat exchangers. The installations are carried out in the boiler room in the basement. The district heating network is operated year-round. The district heating transfer stations are designed on the primary side for 130/50°C and on the secondary side for 75/40°C. From the district heating transfer station "Building heating", several building heating circuits and sub-distributions of the school are supplied and divided by means of heating manifolds / collectors (static heating, ceiling radiant panels, HVAC air handling unit systems and domestic hot water generation for shower/changing room areas). A kitchen is planned on the ground floor. The domestic hot water generation for this is provided by a fresh water station with a pre-installed heating buffer tank via the district heating transfer station "Domestic hot water - kitchen".
