TENDER DESCRIPTION
Ventilation air handling units “North-West”, “South-West”, “North-East” and “South-East” for “Classrooms, WC rooms and sports halls” For the supply and exhaust ventilation of the classrooms, special-purpose rooms, offices, store rooms, caretaker rooms and WC rooms as well as the sports halls and changing rooms with sanitary rooms, a central ventilation system with heat recovery (cross-flow heat exchanger) is provided with air flow rates of 9,100 m³/h to 10,500 m³/h, however without manufacturer control. The units are installed in the technical central stations in the attic. Due to the constrained access situations, the ventilation air handling units are delivered in split execution and, on site, in cooperation with the manufacturer (Richtmeister), assembled and checked for functionality. The ventilation air handling units are equipped with a cooling coil for operation with refrigerant. The outdoor units of the ventilation air handling units “North-West” and “North-East” are installed in the 2nd basement level of the building.
