- Short description of scope of services for cleaning works for BA 2, trade 330-2, Cleaning works BA 2 include cleaning the one reference half of the historic building of the Pestalozzi School in Mannheim for the relocation of the school’s teaching to one half of the building, since construction work on the raw structure will begin in the other half. already now, construction measures have already taken place in both halves on the 3rd floor. The following quantities are required approximately: Construction section 2, construction period 11/2026 to 02/2027 - Cleaning WC partition walls approx. 110 m2 - Cleaning windows inside approx. 290 m2 - Cleaning windows outside approx. 126 m2 - Cleaning with pad machine Lino, rubber flooring approx. 880 m2 - Fine cleaning of floors approx. 900 m2 - Cleaning heating radiators approx. 45 units - Disposal of mixed waste approx. 3 t - Various cleaning of doors, frames, skirting boards, etc.
