TENDER DESCRIPTION
The services to be awarded concern construction monitoring and supervision by an expert as overarching quality assurance in the interests of HOWOGE as the client and later landlord of the school facility to be renovated and/or extended (BTG), and in the interests of the Spandau district office of Berlin as the later tenant of the school facility. The scope of services includes construction monitoring and supervision for the structural elements to be demolished for the renovation of three existing structures and the extension by three new structures, the establishment of temporary facilities, the development of the temporary outdoor facilities and the final outdoor facilities during ongoing school operations. The scope of services is contained in the performance specification, Annex 01.
