TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be awarded concern construction site supervision and construction control by an expert as overarching quality assurance in the interest of HOWOGE as the client and later landlord of the school facility to be renovated and/or extended BTG, and in the interest of the Spandau District Office of Berlin as the later tenant of the school facility. The scope of performance includes construction site supervision and construction control for the components to be demolished for the renovation of three existing building components and the extension by three new building components, the construction of a temporary facility, the creation of the temporary outdoor areas as well as the final outdoor areas during ongoing school operations.
