The municipality of Lauchringen has acquired the Lauffenmühle site in Lauchringen from an insolvency estate. The former cotton spinning mill is to be developed into a high-quality residential quarter in the coming years. An attractive waterfront promenade will also be created along the Wutach river. The project area covers approximately 66,700 m².
