TENDER DESCRIPTION
The tendered services include the complete demolition of the remaining parts of the existing operational building of the depot. Execution as subsection 2, including the separation of remaining building parts (former turbine house), which will continue to be used in the future, as well as the installation of a compacted gravel surface as a construction site area or base layer of the future open spaces. Main volumes: approx. 250 m² demolition of floor coverings approx. 420 m² demolition of industrial corrugated sheet roofing approx. 190 m³ demolition of masonry approx. 390 m² demolition of KMF-containing insulation (hazardous material) approx. 420 m² demolition of sealing membranes PAK/ tar (hazardous material) approx. 270 m² demolition of asphalt floor slabs tar (hazardous material)
