TENDER DESCRIPTION

Infra-Zeitz Service GmbH operates the 232 ha large Chemical and Industrial Park Zeitz (CIPZ) in Alttröglitz. As part of a revitalisation project, a 15 ha sub-area along Dr.-Fischer-Straße and Dr.-Bergius-Straße (Site 1) was reacquired and is intended to be put to use in the near term. The present invitation to tender includes various measures for clearing the site, including: - clearance of the property up to a horizon of 6 m below ground surface level (GOK) - dismantling and recovery/disposal of interfering materials remaining in the subsoil, such as former finds and old pipelines and structures of the former hydrogenation plant - dismantling and recovery/disposal of the still-existing structures and roadways. - production of a cleared site suitable for marketing The area to be processed is classified as an explosive ordnance suspected area, meaning that the required protective and safety measures must be complied with for excavation and earthworks.
