Infra-Zeitz Service GmbH operates in Alttröglitz the 232 ha Chemical and Industrial Park Zeitz (CIPZ). As part of a revitalisation project, a 15 ha partial area along Dr.-Fischer-Straße and Dr.-Bergius-Straße was reacquired (Site 1), which is to be put to use in the near term. This invitation to tender includes various measures to clear the site, including: - making the property safe from explosive ordnance up to a horizon of 6 m below ground level (GOK) - dismantling and recovery/disposal of the interfering materials remaining in the ground, such as unexploded ordnance and old pipelines and structures of the former hydrogenation plant - dismantling and recovery/disposal of the still existing structures and roads. - creation of a cleared site suitable for marketing The area to be addressed is classified as an area suspected of containing explosive ordnance, so the required protective and security measures must be complied with for earthworks that involve ground disturbance.
