TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction performance insurance is to be offered. The contract start date shall be upon award. The construction end is planned for the 1st quarter of 2029. In the indicative offer, the construction performance insurance is to be offered with the following deductibles: A: EUR 5,000.00 per claim B: EUR 10,000.00 per claim C: EUR 25,000.00 per claim After evaluation of the indicative offers, the contracting authority intends to hold a negotiation round with the bidders. For the final binding offer, it is then planned to require that it be offered only with a deductible. An award of the indicative offer is not intended.
