TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction works insurance is to be offered. The contract start date shall be upon award. The construction end date is planned for the 1st quarter of 2029. The construction works insurance shall be offered in the indication offer with the following deductibles: A: EUR 5,000.00 per claim B: EUR 10,000.00 per claim C: EUR 25,000.00 per claim After evaluation of the indication offers, the contracting authority intends to hold a negotiation round with the bidders. For the final binding offer, it is then intended to require that only one deductible be offered. Awarding the indication offer is not planned. A maximum compensation per claim of up to EUR 200 million can be agreed.
