TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project includes the refurbishment and modernization of the listed building complex, consisting of the main building, connecting building and Main building. The building site has an area of approx. 10,450 m² and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Main riverside promenade. As part of the construction measures, a total of approx. 15,300 m² gross floor area (BGF) will be converted. After completion of the refurbishment measures, office spaces for approx. 570 employees, as well as the associated social and accommodation areas including a canteen, will be available. All construction services must be carried out in compliance with the requirements under monument law and the relevant public-law regulations. To ensure an orderly, safe and cost-effective operation of the construction site, a construction logistics service provider must be commissioned. The basis for providing the services is the construction logistics manual of the contracting authority.
