TENDER DESCRIPTION
Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") operates Frankfurt/Main Airport and, in addition, operates worldwide several other airports, terminals and service companies either alone or together with third parties. At Terminal 1, Fraport plans the complete spatial restructuring of the area of the high hall B Mitte with the adjacent shopping areas "Avenue" and "Boulevard". The project area extends over levels E02, E03 and E04 in Terminal 1, building 203 of Frankfurt Airport and comprises approximately 16,000 m2 of floor area. The implementation will be carried out in several construction phases. The following services are to be provided by the contractor: - planning of deliveries and transport routes, - coordination of suppliers and subcontractors, - organization of storage space and material provision, - control of site traffic, - provision of site facilities, - disposal and recycling of construction waste, - compliance with safety, environmental and occupational health and safety regulations, - monitoring of deadlines and optimization of processes The aim of the construction logistics is to avoid disruptions, reduce costs and ensure a smooth construction…
