SBH | Hamburg School Construction (Schulbau Hamburg) as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH) has the task of planning, building, maintaining and operating the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the needs of the schools, and leasing the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung, BSB). --------------- The existing school grounds of Max-Traeger-Primary School comprise a building stock of 6 buildings of different building classes, including existing mobile classroom facilities. The latter remain in operation until completion of the Hamburg school building. The property has a total area of approximately 22,850 m². The expansion for 3.5 forms of entry (3.5-stream) is planned for the school. The following new-build measures are planned on the site: 1) extension to the Hamburg school building (based on the Hamburg classroom house) and 2) extension to the gymnasium.
