TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning services for the technical building equipment pursuant to § 54 HOAI and pursuant to RBBau (status 2021) - Preparation of the EW – Bau (service phases 3 – 4) for the new construction of a fire station (main station) in GefÜbZH Altmark – Letzlingen Barracks are being awarded. The contract will be awarded in stages. The commissioning of further service phases is an option without entitlement. The execution of the building shall be compact, sustainable, structurally simple, ideally with a high degree of prefabrication or modular construction, in order to meet the requirements of military use. The building shall be constructed as a nearly zero-energy building (efficiency building federal 40). The usable area amounts to approximately 1,200 m² in total. The project will be built on a free building plot. The construction period is intended to be approximately 24 months. The estimated total construction costs (including proportional incidental construction costs) amount to approximately 8,700,000 euros.
