TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning services for the technical building equipment according to § 54 HOAI and in accordance with RBBau (status 2021) - preparation of the EW – Construction (service phases 3 – 4) for the new construction of a fire station (main station) in GefÜbZH Altmark – Letzlingen Barracks are being awarded. The contract will be awarded stepwise. The commissioning of further service phases is an option without entitlement. The execution of the building should be compact, sustainable, structurally simple, ideally with a high degree of prefabrication or modular construction to meet the requirements of military use. The building is to be constructed as a nearly zero-energy building (EffizienzgebäudeBund 40). The usable area amounts to approximately 1,200 m² in total. The project will be built on a free building site. The construction period is expected to be around 24 months. The estimated total construction costs (including proportional ancillary construction costs) amount to approximately 8,700,000 euros.
