TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning services for the technical building equipment according to § 54 HOAI and in accordance with RBBau (status 2021) - preparation of EW – construction (service phases 3 – 4) for the new construction of a fire station (main station) in GefÜbZH Altmark – Barracks in Letzlingen are to be awarded. The contract will be awarded in stages. The commissioning of further service phases is an option without entitlement. The building's execution should be compact, sustainable, structurally simple, ideally with a high degree of prefabrication or modular construction method to meet the requirements of military use. The building is to be constructed as a nearly zero-energy building (Efficiency Building Federal 40). The usable area amounts to approximately 1,200 m² in total. The project will be built on a free building plot. The construction period should be approximately 24 months. The estimated total construction costs (including proportional ancillary construction costs) amount to approximately 8,700,000 euros.
