TENDER DESCRIPTION

The measure comprises 3 components: administrative building, police training center with indoor shooting range, and garage building. The service is divided into: - Earthworks with excavation of foundation pit (16,770 m³), backfilling works and terrain modeling - Civil engineering works with supply and disposal lines, rainwater drainage, shaft works for cable laying, cable pulling systems - The master builder service area with foundations, reinforced concrete works (reinforced concrete foundations: approx. 565 m³, reinforced concrete floor slab: approx. 1,297 m³, reinforced concrete walls: approx. 2,700 m³, reinforced concrete ceiling approx. 10,054 m²), locksmith and steel construction works, waterproofing of basement walls, preliminary sealing of roof surface, scaffolding works Required certificates for steel construction works: EC certificate of factory production control (execution class EXC 2 according to DIN EN 1090-2:2018-09), proof of suitability for welding stud bolts according to DIN EN ISO 14555 Access regulations with security check by the PP-Ofr must be observed.
