TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project comprises 3 components: administration building, police training center with indoor shooting range, and garage building. The service is divided into: - Earthworks with excavation of construction pit (16,770 m³), backfilling works and terrain modeling - Civil engineering works with supply and disposal lines, stormwater drainage, shaft works for cable laying, cable pulling systems - The master builder service area with foundations, reinforced concrete works (reinforced concrete foundations: approx. 565 m³, reinforced concrete slab: approx. 1,297 m³, reinforced concrete walls: approx. 2,700 m³, reinforced concrete ceiling approx. 10,054 m²), locksmith and steel construction works, waterproofing of basement walls, preliminary waterproofing of roof area, scaffolding works Required certificates for steel construction works: EC certificate of factory production control (execution class EXC 2 according to DIN EN 1090-2:2018-09), qualification proof for welding of studs according to DIN EN ISO 14555 The access requirements with security check of the PP-Ofr must be observed.
