TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the renovation of the listed Braunschweig City Hall, the verification of construction services and expert advice to the client will be awarded. The project comprises approximately 85 separately commissioned trades (Cost Group 300 approx. 56 trades, Cost Group 400 approx. 25 trades). For the construction execution, site management is planned for the specialist areas of building construction, technical building equipment (TGA), stage technology, pollutant remediation, outdoor facilities, and media technology. Furthermore, expert inspectors will be involved for the specialist areas of structural stability (statics), fire alarm systems (BMA), voice alarm systems (SAA), sprinkler systems, ventilation and smoke extraction systems, stage technology, as well as lightning protection. The renovation focuses on the interplay between contemporary use in favor of the listed substance. A long-term, sustainable operation of the building using the latest technical building equipment while preserving the listed identity and integrating good solutions in the execution.
