TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Chamber of Crafts Cottbus (hereinafter referred to as HWK Cottbus) is the owner of a plot of land in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Heinrich-Heine-Straße 54b. Supported by funding from the EFRE/JTF programme 2021-2027, on this plot of land a modern, innovative, craft-oriented training facility for the following trades is to be built by mid-2028: plant and systems plumbers (SHK), electrical technicians, motor vehicle mechatronics technicians, metalworkers and office management and the hybrids from the above trades. After a preliminary procedure for the site establishment required for this construction project had to be cancelled, this procedure is being used to award the site establishment again. The start of the site establishment is scheduled for 03.12.2026 and the end for 12.07.2028.
