TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer) Cottbus (hereinafter referred to as HWK Cottbus) is the owner of a plot of land in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Heinrich-Heine-Straße 54b. Supported by funding from the EFRE/JTF programme 2021-2027, on this plot of land a modern, innovative, craft-oriented training facility is to be built by mid-2028 for the following trades: plant and equipment installers for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK), electrical technicians, motor vehicle mechatronics technicians, metalworkers and office management, as well as the hybrid forms of the above trades. After a prior procedure for the construction site set-up required for this construction project had to be cancelled, this procedure will award the construction site set-up again. The start of the construction site set-up is scheduled for 03.12.2026 and the end for 12.07.2028.
