TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the site set-up at Irmela Wendt School in Lage Pottenhausen. The school is an primary school with a focus on special educational needs in the area of speech. The existing building complex consists of the following structures: The original building from the 1970s, ground floor plus an unfinished attic space (pitched roof) plus basement, including the cellar, will be demolished. The extension building from 1989, ground floor with a pitched roof plus a partial basement, will remain in place. The container modular building from the 1980s, ground floor plus a flat roof, with 2 classrooms and a group room, will be demolished. In the area of the demolished parts of the buildings and beyond, an extension building will be constructed. The school will not be in operation during the construction phase. Access to the construction site is via Krentruper Straße. The property to the east (asphalt-paved) is used during school operations as a bus pick-up/turning area and is available during the construction phase as a storage area.
