The subject of this tender are services for site setup and site logistics for carrying out the construction project. The services include in particular the preparation and establishment of the construction site, the setup and maintenance of the delivery area, and the coordination and adaptation of the site setup in accordance with the construction schedule. The services include, among other things, the construction and maintenance of drive and storage areas, the installation of heavy-duty load distribution plates, the erection and implementation of concrete barrier walls and construction fences, as well as the provision and maintenance of sanitary, office, meeting and day accommodation containers. In addition, the scope of services includes ensuring and organizing the delivery of materials within the designated delivery areas. The delivery and transport routes must be organized in accordance with the requirements of the site setup plans and the requirements of the project partners involved, and adapted to the respective construction phases during the course of construction.
