• The project officially starts with site clearance on January 11, 2027, which also marks the setup of the meter distributor connected to the transformer station.
• Regular construction site operations are scheduled to commence in the summer of 2027.

The core scope of work for this tender is the execution of services for the basic supply components of the construction power system for the "Kopfklinik NUK-Rado Baustromgrundversorgung" project at the University Hospital in Heidelberg.

The statement of work summary and core deliverables include:

• Complete provision of construction power supply components on a rental basis, including delivery, operational installation, and connection.
• Dismantling and return of all construction power supply components upon completion of the construction project.
• Supply and maintenance of various distributors for specific durations, such as the meter distributor (59 months), Group distributor VT1 (59 months), Group distributor VT2 (45 months), Container distributor VT1 (59 months), Container distributor VT2 (45 months), Container distributor VT3 (16 months), and VT-Construction lighting (36 months).
• Installation of a metering transformer set (3x300A/1A, Class 0.5), calibrated, with subsequent dismantling and return after the construction phase.
• Provision and connection of various CEE couplings and plugs (e.g., 5-pole 230/400VAC 16A, 63A, and 125A).
• Supply, laying, connection, and later dismantling and return of rubber hose cables (H07RN-F 5G150).
• Installation of plastic insulated wires (H07V-K 1x16) and earthing electrodes.
• Performance of hourly wage work by foremen and electricians, with rates covering all associated costs including wages, social costs, overhead, risk, and profit.
• Coordination of work with other involved trades, including structural engineering, civil engineering, and utility engineering.
• Timely announcement of recurring inspections to the local construction management, specialized construction management, and the health and safety coordinator (SiGeKo).
• Submission of inspection reports to the object supervision within two days of completion.
• Submission of a hazard assessment and proof of employee training to the client/SiGeKo before commencing services.
