TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the Investment Container 2027 (B48 & B49), several independent infrastructure measures are implemented in the section Duisburg Hbf – Essen Hbf within shared total shutdown periods. The overall coordination of the measures is carried out by the construction coordinator of the Investment Container. The advertised construction supervision service comprises the overall technical and construction-operational coordination of the construction supervision for all measures included in the container. This includes in particular the preparation, coordination and updating of the required documents/overall records (Betren/Gesamt-Betra), the coordination of track construction rails (construction tracks), securing measures as well as railway earthworks (bahnerdungen), including the performance of the function of the switch application submitter (Schaltantragsteller). The construction supervisor acts as the central technical contact for the measures bundled in the Investment Container and ensures continuous coordination between the project parties as well as those involved operationally.
